I will be finishing off 25 or so of these as part of an art holiday swap, and I'm hoping that most of the people who are involved aren't reading this blog :~) Velda, the Inspired Wisdom Creationista previously blogged about, will somehow be a part of the instructions that come with this little darling, which you will be able to hang anywhere you need to see his cheery little face.

P.S. The wires will be clipped as soon as the gel medium holding the beads in place is dry.

I'm practicing with this swap thing to eventually put these up for sale on my website. Velda needs some runes or a zodiac or something, and these babies will be her playmates in the universe.

 I bumped into this on the internet today, and I want to read their story for some inspiration. I have dreams of my own, but I don't always remember to live them in love.

I know that link sticks out to the left, but I kind of like it that way.

Somehow, I like the energy around the first one more though. Granted, almost anything on the internet can make the rounds and have its fifeeen minutes in the limelight. A story that is heartfelt and genuine and told without rancor just sits in the soul more easily.

I recently discovered this blog - it's an offshoot of a very cool marketing firm whose ethics seem to be akin to those found in Lovemarks - anyway, I enjoyed this blog entry about looking for a cell phone company that wants to "Fascinate, Inspire, Reward and Engage" its customers - that's what I want to do with my business - and it appears that none are to be found that fit that bill. Go figure.

This is Velda, Inspired Wisdom Creationista. I Googled her name (Velda) and it really means "Inspired Wisdom" - from various backgrounds, so rather than choose one, I'll just stick with the meaning. I hope for her to show up on my website in various places, spouting her inspired wisdom. Stay tuned.
