cleanse day 4 It's a little early to be reporting on today's experience yet, but I feel compelled to record that I feel rea-l-l-l-l-l-l-l-l-l-l-l-l-l-l-l-y good this morning. Awake and able to focus, more so than I remembering being able to even before I started the cleanse. Wow.
