tuning fork
I've been listening to a few cds of Eva Cassidy's music, put together posthumously. My god could that woman sing. There are a few tracks that, when her voice hits certain notes, and she holds them, I feel like a thick heavy tuning fork has been struck and my solar plexus starts reverberating out to the edges of the universe. I'd say that's a fairly good working definition of alignment. And all I have to do for another hit is pull up the song on my mp3 player. One delicious instance of technology serving me.
