List ten things you want to say to 10 people you know, but never will for whatever reason. Don't say who they are. Use each person only once and only use one sentence.

I don't usually go in for this kind of thing. But I can't wait to begin this list. All kinds of juiciness lies on the other side of it, I'm sure.

drop the hammer Abraham: Can you find any thought about that subject that is comfortable or do you think the relief is going to have to come from just changing the subject? Guest: Well that's typically where it comes from - it's changing the subject. Abraham: You see the reason that we were eager to visit with you a little bit about this is because you're helping us to explain something that almost nobody understands. That is: by changing the subject, you will not stop asking. But by changing the subject, you will begin to allow. And that's something that - once you get that figured out - once you realize that the asking has taken place and that the continuing to hammer on a subject - when you can't find a way of making it feel good - only serves to hold you in a place that won't let in what you want.
